Aircraft Owners and Operators
Airdata can support owners from pre-purchase through maintenance and airworthiness to eventual sale.
Many of the services we offer to owners are available from maintenance organisations but have you ever considered using an independent organisation who can help you to save money.
Management, Maintenance and Airworthiness: Why hand full control of your aircraft to one maintenance company? We can support you if you decide to keep your aircraft under your own control or, through our associate company, we can provide management of your airworthiness and maintenance and full Airworthiness Review.
If you decide to keep your aircraft under your own control (where this is allowed), we can help you write a maintenance programme and work with you to find suitable and reliable maintenance facilities.
If you would like your aircraft managed, we can arrange for the airworthiness to be managed independently of any maintenance organisation. We arrange contracts with maintenance organisations and, with your involvement, you tell the maintenance organisation what maintenance is required. When problems arise, we can intervene and liaise with the maintenance organisation to ensure that only necessary maintenance is carried out and any defects are addressed in the best possible manner. Our associate company will carry out full Airworthiness Reviews and extend those where possible, totally independent of any maintenance organisation and at a competitive charge.
Pre-purchase: A thorough investigation of aircraft records, ensuring all records are to the highest standards and looking for anything that might catch you out in the future. Working with your engineer (if you don’t have one, we can recommend engineers), you should receive a report confirming the airworthiness, affording you the confidence to continue with your purchase.
Importing and Exporting: Moving an aircraft from one register can be simple and it can be fraught with problems. We try to make sure it is with our pre-purchase inspection highlighting any problems before you buy the aircraft. If you decide to import your aircraft onto the UK register or move it to the United States register (N-register), to the Guernsey register (2-REG) or a European register, we can help and guide you through the process.
